5. God’s Plan

The world we live in is very elegant and beautiful, but it is cursed with violence, suffering and death. One of the major themes in the Bible is the purpose of God to make the world into a paradise where people can live eternally without suffering. This section of the course is about the way that God has planned to achieve this.

 

 

According to the Bible, God’s plan involves the restoration of the world at the day of judgement, when Jesus returns. The period after this is known as the Kingdom of God. Click on the pdf icon in the green box to find course notes on God’s Plan.
