Introducing Jesus Christ
Jesus was born in Bethlehem. His birth was a miracle - he had no human father but was the son of God. This fact shows that Jesus:
was especially close to God
Was able to show what God is like
Jesus was also the descendant of an ancient line of kings which would end in the Messiah, the person who would rule the world for God.
Most of Jesus' work of teaching the Gospel and of healing was carried out in the region of Galilee. The main part of his teaching was about the coming of the Kingdom of God, which is spoken of in the Old Testament. To understand the Gospel it is essential to understand the Kingdom of God.
Jesus was crucified in Jerusalem; on the third day afterwards he was raised from the dead by God. The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the foundation fact of Real Christianity. There is a great deal of evidence to show that it really happened.
